Episode 19: Dharma Shay

Dharma is a warrior scholar who has travelled the world expanding himself and others along the way. He is the cofounder of Busan Urban Training and Hawaii urban training, free fitness initiatives in Korea and Hawaii and he is running the Brave fitness facility in Hilo Hawaii.

Make a difference.

“What can I do to enrich the people around me.”

“What can I do today?”

Habit of Action:

Daily movement.

Greatest area of strength: 

Leadership. “Even if anyone could do what you’ve done, you do it because that’s who you are.”

Training for this area:
Allow that the things you need will be there.
