Episode 109: Andrew McDonough | Thoughts on Running, Habits, and TribeSports

Life athletes, hello and welcome to episode 109 of the Life Athletics podcast. Today, we sit down and talk with an impressive and inspiring entrepreneur. He has spent most of his professional life working with tech startups - but 6 years ago, he took a shift and co-founded an ecommerce company called TribeSports.

TribeSports is a clothing brand that sells a range of "technically advanced, finely detailed running clothing for the everyday pro." One of the company's goals is to provide high-quality, comfortable clothing so you can concentrate on what's important: your running.

Just as Life Athletics aims to celebrate life athletes who are constantly on a mission to level up their lives, TribalSports celebrates individuals who are committed to upping their game.

Today, my guest is reaping the fruits of his hard work and is currently on a 3-month vacation in Ubud. Life athletes, I am pleased to be here with Andrew McDonough.
