Hey Life Athletes, welcome to episode 140 of the Life Athletics podcast!
Today’s guest Life Athlete is Rob Chrisman.
Rob is someone who has been a part of this podcast for a long time. He is the man behind the music of the Life Athletics podcast and has been very supportive when this endeavor started out. He is a musician, a guitar player, a rapper and a producer. He creates his own music by putting his emotions, feelings, success and failures into it all – and he is here to share his music with us.
"Let’s dive in and learn this stuff.”
He talks about the new album called The Shadows of our Laughter which is a concept album about time traveling. He believes that we are what we are today because of what we are in the past, good or bad; and that it is never too late to learn something. At the end of the interview, he will play the song live for us.
"I have to do it for me and not trying to impress other people.”
Rob has a very lively personality. He is able to share so many things in this episode including his inspirations in getting into music, his new project, his rapping, his motivations and his failures as a person.
“If you want to do something 10 years ago, do it today. Do it right now!”
This episode features the new theme music for the Life Athletics podcast composed by our very own Rob Chrisman.
