He is a musician, a guitar player, a rapper and a producer. He creates his own music by putting his emotions, feelings, success and failures into it all – and he is here to share his music with us.

"Let’s dive in and learn this stuff.”

He talks about the new album called The Shadows of our Laughter which is a concept album about time traveling. He believes that we are what we are today because of what we are in the past, good or bad; and that it is never too late to learn something. At the end of the interview, he will play the song live for us.

"I have to do it for me and not trying to impress other people.”

Rob has a very lively personality. He is able to share so many things in this episode including his inspirations in getting into music, his new project, his rapping, his motivations and his failures as a person.

“If you want to do something 10 years ago, do it today. Do it right now!”

They plan to document a 30-day trip in Sweden without using their personal money.

"We don’t know how we’re gonna get through but I just know we’re gonna make it.”

On this episode, Robin talks about how he ended up with the life he has today. By leaving home, selling his apartment, quitting his job, he went on a journey of uncertainty that a lot of people fear about.

Robin believes that we should let life take us not to where we want to go but to where we need to go – and he wants to leave this advice to all the life athletes out there wanting to level up in their games in life.

“For happiness to exist, there has to be sadness. For pleasure to be around, there has to be pain.”
